I have very dry lips, and this lipstick didn't work well for me. It accentuated the dryness and was difficult to apply smoothly. Maybe not the best for very dry lips.
I have dry lips, but this lipstick doesn't dry them out further. It stays on for hours and the color is vibrant. Highly recommend!
